Eight years ago — almost to the day — I wrote a column for this paper about the Clinton vs. Trump presidential race titled “If Democrats Win the Election, We Dodged a Bullet”. As we enter the final throes of the Harris vs. Trump contest, I have one word for my fellow Dems: duck.
