Climate Change Superfund bill is a sound fiscal choice

Gov. Hochul has not yet signed the Climate Change Superfund bill — likely due to concerns that this bill will increase New Yorkers’ energy costs. Instead, vetoing this bill would come at a high cost to all New Yorkers — for generations to come.
