This time it’s Bob Dylan who is getting the biographical treatment in A Complete Unknown, which sees its first trailer released today.
Based on the 2015 book Dylan Goes Electric! By Elijah Wald, the film focuses on the controversy of switching to electrically amplified instruments.
The new movie stars Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan with Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez, Elle Fanning as Sylvie Russo, Edward Norton as Peter Seeger and Boyd Holbrook as Johnny Cash.
Logan, Walk the Line and Indiana Jones’ James Mangold directs the upcoming movie.
A Complete Unknown is set to release in UK cinemas in January 2025.
